Taboulé à l''orientale
One of my favorite grab-to-go food is this taboulé. It has kinda tangy taste.
It is really easy to prepare.
Can be your snack - it's healthy.
Portion : 4 persons
Prepare : 4 hours in advance
Ingredients:
350g couscous 3 lemons
5 tbsp olive oil
6 well-ripe tomatoes
2 onions
1 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
50g raisins
enough mint
salt
Steps:
1. Soak raisins in a bowl of hot water.
It is this simple and you can store it for 1 week at least.

350g couscous 3 lemons
5 tbsp olive oil
6 well-ripe tomatoes
2 onions
1 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
50g raisins
enough mint
salt
Steps:
1. Soak raisins in a bowl of hot water.
2. In another bowl, mix together couscous with lemon juice, olive oil and a little bit of salt.
3. Cut the tomatoes into 2 and remove all the seeds. Finely dice the tomatoes - or you can just put it in a blender just so it will be in small pieces. Then, add into the couscous.
4. Mince onions and mint. Add into the mixture. Mix well.
5. Peel cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
6. Cut bell pepper into small cubes.
7. Add cucumber and bell pepper into the mixture and mix well.
8. Cover the bowl with lid or wrap the bowl. Let it rest for at least 4 hours.
It is this simple and you can store it for 1 week at least.
